SHIPPING

 

Our products ship within 48 hours Monday through Thursday from New York City. If you placed your order on Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed the following Monday.

Ground shipping can be upgraded to express service at checkout. Please note that processing time will still be 48 hours.

Currently, we ship anywhere in the United States and to 38 international countries (listed below). If you are interested in placing an international order outside of those countries listed, please fill out this form.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can easily return one or more items (free of a processing charge) by completing the returns form here within 7 days from the date that you received your order. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs.

How to return an item:

  • Make sure the items are in the same condition that you received them, with all of the tags still attached and packaging included. Damaged items and items returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

  • Please keep a confirmation of the items that you have shipped as returns until you have received an official email confirmation from Madison Pears detailing the acceptance of your returned items.

  • Please be aware that refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.

  • It is important that you send your return from the same country from which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different countries.

  • Sale items are final and not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Any refunds will be reimbursed using the same payment method that was initially used to make the purchase. After we have received your returned items and checked that all of the qualifying criteria have been met, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Please be aware that the timing for which the money is reimbursed into your account will vary depending on the card provider and the bank that was used in order to make the initial purchase.
